ZMJ has the capacity to produce 30,000 pieces of fortifications per year, especially used in the Longwall Top Coal Caving (LTCC) system in fine, medium and thick-grained coal beds. Support systems are specially designed according to the needs of coal mines.

AFC CHAIN CONVEYORS
AFC Chain conveyors play an important role in the transportation of coal inside and behind the feet. Since 2008, it has been working solution-oriented by carrying out R&D studies on ZMJ AFCs. At this point, it can offer 3 different grooves: high-strength composite C type, high-strength extra-thin type, casting and welded type.

BSL Transfer Conveyor provides the connection between AFC and Crusher and is designed according to customer needs and production capacity;

AFC, CRUSHER AND MATILDA
AFC, Crusher and Matilda are the last point before transferring the coal or rocks produced by the longwall method to the belt conveyor, making it suitable for conveying large coal and rock grain sizes with belts.
Matilda, on the other hand, is designed to advance the longwall without stopping the belt conveyor.
It has 110kW to 525kW power.
