The single-boom drilling jumbo HDM 1 has an electro-hydraulic central drive, a hydraulichammer for percussive drilling or drill drive units for rotary drilling and has been constructed for the preparation of blast hole and anchor drillings as well as for roof bolting.
Its distinctive features are the following ones:
low and compact design, which permits the application in small roadway cross sections
parallel automatic in horizontal and vertical plane for cross sections of roadways from 16 m2 up to 46 m2
two front supports for improoving the stability
modular design for easily assembling and dismantling the assembly groups and transport units
